Additional factors include deferring package loading when not necessary on startup by using `:defer t` with `use-package`, and byte-compiling and native-compiling all `.el` files. The author also regularly uses `M-x list-timers` and `M-x describe-mode` for each file type to ensure only essential modes and timers are active, which helps optimize Emacs' performance.)
