The menu bar is disabled by default in `minimal-emacs.d` to provide a minimal, distraction-free environment, which many experienced users prefer.
The menu bar can be re-enabled by adding the following configuration to `~/.emacs.d/pre-early-init.el`:

```
Other UI features can also be enabled by adding the following to `~/.emacs.d/pre-early-init.el`:

# Why did the author develop minimal-emacs.d?
The author began working on it after realizing that no existing starter kit offered a truly minimal setup with the flexibility for users to choose exactly what to include in their configuration. This approach is inspired by the Arch Linux distribution, which follows the KISS principle by providing a minimal base system that users can fully customize with the help of the extensive documentation.
