I decided to go back to the basics with this one. Only the packages I think
I *REALLY* need (or want) are left, the rest are replaced by the built-in
alternatives or even better, removed.
This commit contains some documentation for org config file, adds org-roam-ui,
diminish mode to clear up the modeline along with some configuration and
commentary on diminish mode.
It turns out, gitignore was configured to ignore the pre- and post- init files.
Those same files contain quite a lot of useful setup that are unique to the
dotfiles in this repo.
