Update abbrev_defs default path
...
For some reason, `abbrev_defs` is located in `~/.emacs.d/abbrev_defs`,
even when `user-emacs-directory` is modified. This ensures the abbrev
file is correctly located based on the updated `user-emacs-directory`.
